Every time you scroll through social media, you see all of these very aesthetic posts and unrealistic lifestyles. It feels like to get results or live a healthy life you need to purchase carts of expensive food, books, and workout gear, go crazy at the gym, and always be on a diet. I believed that, for a long time.
After nearly losing my life to an eating disorder in 2021, I decided that I was going to recover and show people what a realistic wellness lifestyle looks like. Sometimes I eat salad and sometimes I eat pizza. Life is all about balance!
Journals and planners really helped me to schedule everything, both work, and play. That way, I could prioritize my wellness lifestyle, while also being productive. Unfortunately, there is so much STUFF in a ton of other digital or physical planners. I wanted something simple that you could fill out, even when you are in a rut or not feeling motivated. All of my planners (and coming soon journals) are simple but are able to motivate you in a gentle way to be kinder to yourself and your body.
